Maria Cecilia Oca Cruz was the founder of the Noble Hope Foundation, a dedicated advocate for the unhoused and unsheltered communities in Sacramento and the Philippines. Through her foundation, she worked tirelessly to provide support, resources, and hope to those in need, leaving a lasting impact on countless lives.
Maria’s passion for service was evident in her unwavering commitment to uplifting vulnerable communities, ensuring they had access to shelter, basic necessities, and opportunities for a better future. Her work transcended borders, touching lives both locally and abroad.
She passed away in April 2024, leaving behind a powerful legacy of compassion, resilience, and generosity. Those who had the privilege of knowing Maria will remember her as a beacon of hope, a tireless advocate, and a true humanitarian whose influence will continue to inspire future generations.
